The 2025 Clergy Profile Record update can now be completed online by clicking the button below to
go to the Google Forms page, where you will be directed to an online Google Form to update your personal
and church contact information.

Please click the button below to go to the online Google Sheets, where you will find a schedule of dates and
times for the 2025 One-to-One Conversations. Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Dwanda will confirm the appointment time within 48 business hours and reply by email. The Zoom
link will be sent to you at least (3) days before your scheduled appointment.


Please note : the “2025 Senior Pastor Categories of Conversation” and “2025 Deacon Questionnaire documents must be submitted to Mrs. Dwanda Hayton at: [email protected] at least one week before your
appointment.
