If you haven’t scheduled your annual 1 to1 meeting, please call Dwanda Hayton to schedule your appointment.

Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Dwanda will confirm the appointment time within 48 business hours and reply by email. The Zoom
link will be sent to you at least (3) days before your scheduled appointment.

Please note : the “2025 Senior Pastor Categories of Conversation” and “2025 Deacon Questionnaire“, along with the signed “Clergy Guidelines” documents must be submitted to Mrs. Dwanda Hayton at: [email protected] at least one week before your
appointment.

go to the Google Forms page, where you will be directed to an online Google Form to update your personal
and church contact information.
